Deanna Jo Hart, 53 years, of Fort Madison, Iowa passed away at 6:33 am Friday, April 13, 2012 at the Fort Madison Community Hospital, Fort Madison, Iowa. She was born February 12, 1959 at DeQueen, Arkansas, a daughter of Thomas and Shirley (Schatz) Six. On May 10, 1978, she married Larry Hart at Fort Madison, Iowa. Deanna was a homemaker and spent most of her life in Fort Madison. She enjoyed traveling, collecting bells, crocheting, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Hart, of Fort Madison, Iowa; three sons: Shawn Hart, of Fort Madison, Iowa; Jason (wife Tera) Hart, of Fort Madison, Iowa and Kevin (wife Stephanie) Hart, of Fort Madison, Iowa; one daughter, Maggie Hart, at home; three brothers: Thomas Six, of Steele, ND; Leonard Six, of Reno, Nevada; and Nathan Six, of Wever, Iowa; one sister Carol Kinaman, of Fort Madison, Iowa; six grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Oscar Six.

Per her wishes, her body has been cremated. Her family will meet friends from 5:00 - 6:00 pm Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Barr Memorial Chapel, Fort Madison, Iowa. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Barr Memorial Chapel, with Reverend Brenda Goodall, officiating. A memorial has been established for, contributions may be made at the Barr Memorial Chapel.
