Arne James Hanel, 61 years, of Burlington, Iowa died Sunday, March 23, 2025 at the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House, West Burlington, Iowa.  He was born June 12, 1963, a son of Jerry and Margaret (Kovash) Hanel.  When he was younger, he worked as a delivery driver for Sweetheart Bakery.  Arne is survived by his brother, Alvin (Mickey) Hanel of Perkins, Oklahoma and several other family members.  He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings: Larry Hanel, Shirley Tecca, and Maynard Hanel, and two infant siblings, Rita and Joseph.
