Carroll Kim Brown, 66 years, of Fort Madison, Iowa died 5:15 am Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at Arbor Court, Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.  Kim was born December 31, 1956 at Fort Madison, Iowa, the son of Robert Vandalia Jr. and Margaret Fay (Zern) Brown.

Kim was 1975 graduate of the Fort Madison High School.  He attended college in Chicago, Illinois and worked in computers in Burlington, Iowa.  In 2012, he was ordained to the office of Priest and authorized to minister at the Community of Christ.  He enjoyed computers, reading and watching old westerns.  He was a member of the Community of Christ, Fort Madison, Iowa.

Kim is survived by numerous cousins and his beloved dog, Thriller.  He was preceded in death by his parents and cousin, Tina Menke.

Per his wishes, he has been cremated.  Graveside service and burial will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 21, 2023 at the Oakland Cemetery, Fort Madison, Iowa, with Pastor Steve DePriest officiating.
A memorial has been established, contributions may be collected at the cemetery during the service or mailed to Barr Memorial Chapel, 1919 Ave F, Fort Madison, Iowa 52627.  Barr Memorial Chapel is honored to serve the Kim Brown family.
