Don "Jeff" Lloyd, 70 years of age, of West Point, Iowa went to be with Jesus Sunday, January 4, 2026 at Blessing Hospital, Quincy, Illinois.  He was born June 27, 1955 in Toledo, Ohio, a son of Donald Marvin and Sharon (Shields) Lloyd.  He was married to Penny Lloyd, for 38 years.

He graduated from Woodward High School in Ohio.  He served in the Army National Guard, where he was a skilled marksman.  He continued his education journey by receiving his AAS in Electrical Engineering at Southeastern Community College, then his BS in Industrial Education and Technology graduating Cum Laude at Western Illinois University and then received his MBA at Saint Ambrose University. After more than 30 years, he retired from Champion Spark Plug, Burlington.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle.  Most of all, he loved spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Penny Lloyd, of West Point, Iowa; children: Don (Rebecca Dodson) Flannagan, Misty (Ryan) Durbin and Jennifer Lloyd; one sister, Shelley Parker; three grandsons: Chase, Colton and Seamus and one great granddaughter, Adalynn.  He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers: Kenny, Kevin and Tim.
