Dusty Weatherford, 27 years, of Fort Madison, Iowa died Friday, May 6, 2016 at his home. He was born November 24, 1988 at Burlington, Iowa, a son of Terry Lynn and Holly Lynne (Henderson) Weatherford. He attended Fort Madison High School and lived in the area most of his life. He liked listening to music, fishing, and his animals. He was a loving son.

His is survived by his mother, Holly Weatherford, of Fort Madison, IA; his father, Terry Weatherford, of Winnfield, LA; one son; two sisters: Sierra Weatherford and Danielle Weatherford, both of Fort Madison, IA; one half sister, Morgan Rankin, of Winnfield, LA; grandmothers, Dixieanna Henderson, of Fort Madison, IA and Cordelia Weatherford, of Winnfield, LA; three uncles, four aunts, one nephew, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, one sister, Misti Redden, and one uncle, Lonny Henderson.

Dusty's body has been cremated. His family will greet friends from 12:00 - 1:00 pm Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Barr Memorial Chapel and Cremation Services, Fort Madison, IA. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 pm at the funeral home, with Pastor Bill Willis officiating. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery, Fort Madison, Iowa.
