Jeffrey Allen Moore, 39 years, of Fort Madison, Iowa was found deceased on Saturday, November 2, 2024.  He was born July 20, 1985, a son of Alice Jean Moore and Anthony Norris Smith.  He attended Fort Madison High School.  He enjoyed mushroom hunting, playing video games, people watching from his porch, and hanging out with his nephew, Jaxon.

He is survived by his mother, Alice Moore of Fort Madison; his father, Anthony (Pam) Smith of Keokuk, Iowa; five siblings:  Alea Moomey, Tony Moore, Jerry Blackwell, Lisa Smith, and Anthony Smith; other family members and friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Jeff's life with a potluck meal at 12:00 pm/noon on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Shopton Park, 29th and Avenue O, Fort Madison.
