Jesse Wayne Arnold, 73, of Fort Madison, Iowa died Wednesday morning, February 23, 2022 at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center, Fort Madison. He was born February 4, 1949, a son of Fred B and Alathea (Tollman) Arnold. He married Brenda Lumsden on November 16, 1991, she survives.

Jesse was a graduate of Fort Madison High School. He was a truck driver, driving for Shipley Construction/Lee County Ready Mix at his retirement. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Arnold; one son Jesse Lee Arnold (Renee Ray) of Moline, Illinois; two siblings, Fred R (Sharon) Arnold and Debbie (Richard) Petty all of Fort Madison; one granddaughter Cheyenne, and other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters: Helen Wyatt, Lydia Woods, and Naomi Hansen; two nephews and a niece.
