John Nelson, 49 yrs, formerly of Fort Madison, Iowa passed away in Jefferson City, Missouri. John was born May 7, 1964 at Fort Madison, Iowa, a son of Joan and Richard Nelson, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Joan Nelson, of Fort Madison, Iowa; one brother, Richard Jr. (Kathy) Nelson, of Fort Madison, Iowa and one daughter. He was preceded in death by his father.
