Joyce Sue Brown, 71 years, of Keokuk, Iowa and formerly of Fort Madison, Iowa, died Tuesday September 28, 2021 at Blessing Health Keokuk. She was born March 20, 1950, a daughter of John L and Mary Louise (Parsons) Berry. She was a graduate of Fort Madison High School. She work for several years as a secretary at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant in Middletown, Iowa. She was a homemaker and was devoted to raising her son, Ryan. Joyce was a kind and gentle soul.

She is survived by her son, Ryan Brown; one brother, Thomas (Wanda) Berry of LaGrange, Oregon; one brother-in-law, Morgan Jones of Seattle, Washington; one niece, three nephews, four great nieces, two great nephews, and another little great one on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Linda Jones.
