Linda Kay Schnedler (Charbonneau), of Burlington, Iowa, passed away on October 1, 2026, at Great River Hospital. Born July 15, 1945, Linda lived a life filled with love, family, faith, and the joy of being surrounded by those she cherished.

Linda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Schnedler, a Navy veteran; her son, John Schnedler; her parents, Lester and Eva Charbonneau; and her siblings Daniel Charbonneau, Joan Blair, and Larry Charbonneau. She is lovingly remembered by her sons, James Schnedler and Jason Schnedler; her grandson, Eddie Schnedler; five great-grandchildren; her sisters, Norma Bayne, Ann Decker, and Karen Rodhouse; her sisters-in-law, Judy Schnedler Funk and Noreda Schnedler; special relatives Dee Sutphin and Jeff Winegard; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and loved ones.

Linda loved being with people and family. She enjoyed dancing, making pottery, tending to her flower gardens, and traveling. Her faith and love for the Lord were an important part of her life. She will be remembered most for the love she shared and the memories she leaves with those who knew her.

Services will be held at a later date.
