Lorraine Ann Hamilton, 76 years, of Fort Madison, Iowa died at 1:40 pm Monday, July 23, 2012 at the Fort Madison Health Center, Fort Madison, Iowa. She was born February 14, 1936 at Keokuk, Iowa, a daughter of John and Zola (Stotlar) Marshall.

She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of the area. She worked at Troy Cleaners and then at Armor Dial for 11 years. She enjoyed crafts, crocheting, flea markets and auctions, and especially the Spoon River Fall Drive. She loved her family and she will be dearly missed by all.

She is survived by two sons, Dennis Cramblit, of Fort Madison, Iowa and Scott (wife Terry) Cramblit, of Fort Madison, Iowa; two daughters, Julie (husband Monty) Weiler, of Fort Madison, Iowa and Tena (husband Mike) Dodson, Fort Madison, Iowa; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Mary Marshall, of Burlington, Iowa; a niece and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three infant children, and one brother, Donald Marshall.

Her body has been cremated. Her family will greet friends from 6:00 - 7:00 pm Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at the Barr Memorial Chapel, Fort Madison, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, July 26, 2012 at the Barr Memorial Chapel, with Reverend John Simpson, officiating. Burial will be held at the Montrose Cemetery, Montrose, Iowa. A memorial has been established for Lee County Hospice and P.A.W. Animal Shelter, contributions may be made at the Barr Memorial Chapel.
