Graveside services for Margie Ann Lyon, 91 yrs. old,
who died February 1, 2014 at Texas,
will be held at 11:00 am Friday, April 4, 2014
at Soldiers Circle, Oakland Cemetery, Fort Madison, Iowa.

Margie was born in Fort Madison, Iowa on April 25, 1922
to Byrle Barnard and Kathryn (Sallen) Shepherd.
On December 30, 1940, she married Harold M. Lyon at Paris, Missouri.

He preceded her in death.  She was a homemaker
and a member of the First Christian Church.

Survivors include her two sons, Roger M. Lyon and wife, Rosemary,
of Findlay, Ohio and Dale E. Lyon of Stephenville, Texas;
grandchildren, Shawn Lyon and wife, Connie, of Findlay, Ohio,
Chad Lyon and wife, Samantha, of New Boston, Michigan,
Tami Derr of Burlington, Iowa, and Tony Lyon and wife, Heather,
of Stephenville, Texas; eight great grandchildren;
one great great grandchild;
and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by parents, husband,
one brother, Jack Shepherd, and one sister, Bonnie Clark.
