Margry K. Woodall, 73 years, of Fort Madison, Iowa, died at 8:20 am Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Fort Madison, Iowa. She was born September 20, 1938 at Mt. Pleasant, Iowa a daughter of Frank and Macel (Sherman) Richenberger. On November 19, 1955, she married William A Woodall. He survives.

She worked at Sheaffer Pen Company for 38 years.

She is survived by her husband, William A. Woodall, of Fort Madison, Iowa; one daughter, Rebecca Johnson, of Fort Madison, Iowa; one brother, Robert Richenberger, of Kankakee, Illinois; two sisters, Wanda Martin, of Warden, Illinois and Evelyn Conn, of North Fork, Virginia; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Randy Wayne Woodall.

Per her wishes, her body has been cremated. Private family services will be held at a later date. A memorial has been established, contributions may be made at the Barr Memorial Chapel.
