Obituary

Mary Virginia Quinlan, formerly of Fort Madison, Iowa died at 11:30 pm Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Arbor Court, Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. She was born August 12, 1914 in Pittsfield, Illinois. She was the youngest of the ten children of Phillip and Nora (Austin) Quinlan. She has lived most of her life in the Fort Madison area. She worked at W.A. Sheaffer Pen Co. for many years. She was a member of Holy Family Parish.

She was survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, four sisters, and two infant siblings.

The body of Mary Quinlan has been cremated. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am Saturday November 20, 2010 at Holy Family Parish, Ss Mary and Joseph Catholic Church, Fort Madison, Iowa, with Reverend David Wilkening as Celebrant. Private family burial will be held at a later date at the Calvary Cemetery, Pittsfield, Illinois.
