Pamela Ann Waterman, 61 years, of Fort Madison, Iowa died at 9:05 pm Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at her home. She was born September 30, 1958 in Fort Madison, a daughter of Wayne and Patricia (Smith) Hemmie.

She worked for ServiceMaster at the Fort Madison Railroad Station. She enjoyed camping, fishing, crocheting, country mucic, doing puzzle books, and was a collector of frogs.

She is survived by her mother and step-father, Patricia and Carl "Barney" Bergman of Burlington, Iowa; one brother, George Griffith of Burlington; two sisters, Candy Pilkington of South Carolina and Clarice (Scott) Graham of Maquoketa, Iowa; special niece Jessica Miller, one aunt, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, one infant brother Christopher Hemmie, one sister Sherry Powelson, and one nephew John Miller.

Her body has been cremated. Her family will celebrate her life by greet friends from 10:00 - 11:00 am Saturday, December 21, 2019 at the Barr Memorial Chapel, Fort Madison. A memorial has been established, contributions may be made at the funeral home. Barr Memorial Chapel is honored to serve the Waterman family.
