Richard Calvin Timmerman, 43 years, of Springfield, Ohio, formerly of Fort Madison, Iowa died March 26, 2011 at Springfield, Ohio. He was born April 29, 1967 at Burlington, Iowa, the son of George Richard and Syble Elaine Noon Timmerman. He spent most of his life in Fort Madison, Iowa until four years ago. He was a Fort Madison High School graduate. He worked for Parkview for over 25 years. Calvin enjoyed Nascar, especially #24 Jeff Gordon, video games, computers, fishing and the Fort Madison Tri-State Rodeo. He was also an excellent cook.

He is survived by his father and step-mother: George R. and Vicki Timmerman of Springfield, Ohio; one step-brother: Darrin, of Ohio; many aunts and uncles, several nieces and nephews and special friend: Linda Baum. He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents.

Graveside services and burial will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Oakland Cemetery, Fort Madison, Iowa. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to his family, contributions may be made at the Barr Memorial Chapel.
