Sandra Dee Willoughby, 66 years, of Fort Madison, Iowa died Thursday, May 14th, 2026.
Sandra lived a life defined by warmth, creativity, and an unwavering faith in God. Her strong spirit and bright smile lit up every room she entered, bringing comfort and joy to everyone around her. As a dedicated homemaker, she was blessed with three loving children. Her door was always open, and her nurturing spirit made her a second mother to many whose lives she deeply touched.
Sandy found immense joy in life's simple, beautiful moments. She loved sunflowers, sketching in the sunlight, and writing poetry. Music and dancing brought out her vibrant energy, leaving lasting memories of her happy spirit with those who knew her. Her legacy of love, faith, and creativity will live on in the hearts of all the lives she touched.

Sandra Willoughby was born October 5th, 1959, a daughter of Sydney O. Willoughby and Dorothy A. (Seidl) Zwald. She is survived by three children: Jennifer Roberts and Erik Winkelmann, both of Arlington, Texas, and Amber Winkelmann (Mike Snook) of Fort Madison; four grandchildren: Gavin Callahan, Trinity Rodriguez (Tiler Bottolfson), Winter Rodriguez, and Freya Mahon; six siblings: Howard (Vicki) Willoughby, Daben (Denise) Zwald, Tasha Latimer, Sandy (Jason) Adams, Rebecca (Martin) Montoya, and Joseph Willoughby; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Sidney; mother and stepfather Dorothy and David Zwald; and former spouse Sam Roberts.
