Wes Michael Petty's Obituary
Wes Michael Petty, 53 years, of Wever, Iowa died 2:22 pm Monday, January 25, 2016 at the Great River Medical Center, West Burlington, Iowa. Wes was born February 26, 1962 at Burlington, Iowa, a son of Larry and Patricia (Brockway) Petty.
He attended the Fort Madison Community Schools. He really enjoyed his friends that have been with him since being diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 16.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Petty and his brother, Christopher Petty, both of Wever, Iowa, his sister, Lynn Petty, of rural Fort Madison, Iowa ; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his father.
Per his families wishes, his body has been cremated. No services are planned.
